Terms and Conditions – 10 Year Warranty Offer

1. Offer Details:
   • The 10-year warranty offer includes:

2. Eligibility Requirements:
   • This offer is available to retail customers only and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
   • The vehicle must be registered in the customer’s name at the time of purchase to qualify for the warranty.
3. Promotion Period:
   • To qualify for this offer, customers must purchase an eligible new or demo vehicle between January 1st, 2025, and April 30th, 2025. Eligible vehicles include:
   • T60
   • MY24 Deliver 9
   • Deliver 7
4. Warranty Activation:
   • The 10-year warranty is activated upon the first retail sale and vehicle registration.
   • The warranty is only valid within Australia.
5. Service and Maintenance Requirements:
   • To maintain warranty coverage, the vehicle must be serviced according to the manufacturer’s recommended service schedule. Proof of service must be provided.
   • Failure to maintain the vehicle according to the recommended service schedule may void the warranty.
6. Exclusions:
   • The warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or non-compliance with maintenance requirements.
   • Wear and tear items such as tyres, brake pads, and clutch discs are not covered by the warranty.
7. Warranty Transferability:
   • The 10-year warranty is transferable to subsequent owners if the vehicle is sold during the warranty period.
8. Claims Process:
   • Warranty claims must be made through an authorized LDV service center. All claims are subject to inspection and approval.
9. Promotion Validity:
   • This promotion is valid only at Osborne Park LDV and is subject to vehicle availability.
   • This offer can’t be used in conjunction with any other offer.
10. Discretion of Osborne Park LDV:
    • Osborne Park LDV reserves the right to refuse any claim if the vehicle is found to have been used for commercial purposes or beyond its intended design.
11. Right to Alter or Cancel:
    • Osborne Park LDV reserves the right to alter or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.
